    We have set PayPal on payment setting correctly and tested it; however it is not working, showing the attached message.

    We tested conflict with other plugin, reset the connection, cleared cache, and tried again and again, but it never be working.
    How can we fix this issue?

    Hi, @idcglobal. I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with Tickets Commerce.

    When you go to Events -> Settings -> Payments, does the PayPal gateway show that it is “Enabled for Checkout” (https://i.imgur.com/YVdFLTb.png)?

    Now yes, it has been enabled, but it is still not working.

    Okay. The last thing to look at is your PayPal account.

    Log into PayPal, then where your name is in the top right-hand corner, there should be a menu that appears that has a “Profile Settings” link.

    Go to “Profile Settings”, then look for your “Account Type”. Does it say “Business”?

    Apologies for the delay here, we’re still trying to figure out what’s causing the issue here or what option on your PayPal account to fix this issue. For other users, after installing and setting it up, should work as expected. In your case, this might be isolated.

    Hi @idcglobal,

    No worries! Although, I have not heard back from our devs yet. Could you confirm that you have the latest version of the plugin? If not, please do update to the latest version and retry reconnecting PayPal.

    Hello I installed the Plugin yesterday. The newest Version of “Events Calendar” and “Events Ticket” ist installed. I have the same Problem.

    Paypal ist enabled with a Bussiness Account and i have also no green signs. Just Paypal enabled.

    Ok the problem was my Paypal Account. I tryed another Bussiness Account of mine and it worked perfect.

    I’m curious. Perhaps the other account was not set up properly? Would be good if you could also share what changed or difference between the accounts, if it is not too much.

    Hi @idcglobal,

    Thanks for your patience here. Could you also try another/switching PayPal account and make sure that is Business Type as well?

    Another user have had the same problem as you encountered, tried another Business Account — and it worked perfectly. Might worth trying as well.

    @abzlevelup Thank you for your suggestion; however, we are not able to use another account as the PayPal is our main account system that ,manage all financial matters of all our businesses.
    I am contacting the PayPal team to ask them if they can help us.
