PayPal payment not working（free version）

    Hi，I’m using the free version

    I have done the PayPal payment settings ，followed the tutorial，in the live environment

    However，when I purchase a course with PayPal，it was not going to the real paying process，instead，the page showed that “You will receive an order confirmation email shortly“

    Do I need to do some settings to my PayPal merchant account？

    2 more things：

    – the 《order list page》 of a student account is not available，

    -the 《courses》 page is not available

    The course builder function is very powerful，I’m considering update to the pro version， need to confirm that the commercial functions are working well

    Regarding the issue with PayPal, it sounds like there might be a setting missing in your PayPal merchant account. Please ensure that your PayPal account is properly configured to handle the payment transactions and that the sandbox mode is turned off for live transactions. You may also want to review the PayPal settings in the plugin to ensure everything is set up correctly.

    For the missing pages issue, we recommend updating the permalinks as per our documentation. You can find the steps https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/basic/permalink-settings/. This should resolve the issue with the order list page and the courses page not being available.

    Thanks for your quick reply

    I reset the premalinks by changing the name of the default links，and the missing pages are available now👍

    Then I found the orders in the 《orders list page》，from there，I can proceed to pay with PayPal，perhaps other add-ons are needed to make the checkout process smoother
