Hi @david35
Sorry to hear you are having this issue.
I can see it is working fine on iPhone X: https://monosnap.com/file/xmwvcbIqnZ7GmprBOEmdEhahQz9gOm
Can you please share a screenshot of the issue and let us know the mobile that you are using so we can test?
Best Regards
Patrick Freitas
Thank you very much for answering my problem.
The problem occurs when I press on the fields to write the data, the screen immediately expands to an exaggeratedly large size, and I have to reduce with the gesture of two fingers until I see everything again at the correct size on the screen.
I am using mobile with Android operating system: OPPO CPH1903 Android 8.1.
I leave you a screen recording so you can see the problem.

Thank you very much for the help.

Hi @david35,
Thanks for sharing the video it’s helpful. I further tested this in my test server and I could replicate the issue. It seems like the issue is more specific with Chrome browsers. It works fine when tested with other browsers.
However, the fields where you notice the issue are generated from the PayPal side. I’m escalating this further to our developer’s attention, and check what might be causing such behaviour.
Will keep you posted once we get further feedback asap.
Kind Regards,
Nithin
Hi Nithin.
Thank you very much for the help.
I have tried to visit the mobile version of my website with Firefox for Android, and it looks perfect.
True, the problem only occurs with Google Chrome.
I hope it can be fixed soon.
Thank you very much again.
HI @david35,
On checking further this seems more on an issue specific to Chrome in Mobile, we were able to find reports regarding this in here:
https://support.google.com/sites/thread/150298140/embedded-html-input-element-is-not-usable-on-mobile-devices-due-to-auto-zoom?hl=en
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=181560
I’m afraid, this is more of a limitation on the Chrome side rather than in Forminator, so there isn’t any out of the box fix that could be implemented within the plugin side.
You can try this snippet as a workaround and see whether that helps:
https://gist.github.com/wpmudev-sls/2745a06923eeada579703e990dddff24
You can implement the above code as a mu-plugins. Please check this link on how to implement the above code as a mu-plugins:

Nithin
Hello Nithin.
Thank you very much for remembering this problem and trying to solve it.
The solution that you have given me in that link… it works!
Now the form is displayed correctly on Android mobiles with Google Chrome.
Thank you very very much. Have a nice day.
