paypal payment canceled?

    hi this the second time paypal payment has been cancelled after 1 hour i do not know whats is the issue please help.

    on order page it says Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.

    not much info why the order cancelled i have checked paypal and no payment were charged for this order see screen shot please thank you.
