# Paypal Payflow

 * Hi:
 * I am integrating Paypal Pro and I get the error:
 * `Error #1. User authentication failed: Recurring Billing.`
 * When the credentials are definitely messed up I get the error:
 * `Error #1. User authentication failed`
 * Any ideas, I think I have everything entered correctly, am I missing something
   on the payflow setup?

   that here. Please go to the forum indicated in the sticky at the top of the support
