I have disabled PayPal payment option on my checkout page but it still showing the PayPal payment method on the checkout page.

Mhhh, that’s really strange. I have just tested this on my test site though and disabling PayPal Standard (as you have done) hides that payment gateway from the checkout.
It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the
WooCommerce / Statussection of your site. Once there, click on theGet system reportbutton and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for supportbutton. Then paste it here in a comment.Cheers!

Did you have the PayPal Standard option enabled previously? I can see it still active on the Checkout page. Can you clear any caching you have on the site and see if this helps?

Paypal standard option is disabled and I already told you guys.

A couple more questions:
1. If you temporarily stop using the checkout block, and just use a regular checkout page instead, does PayPal still appear there too?
2. I see you are using Cloudflare on your site. Does this still happen if you pause Cloudflare as explained here?
After changing the regular checkout page the Paypal issue has gone.
