paypal no longer works in software (5 posts)

    the paypal section no longer works and leaves orders pending until it cancels them, this only started since 2.0.8 so if your business replies on paypal via woocommerce BEWARE, you will lose orders and you wont get any support from woothemes for this, they dont reply to repeated support requests for this issue.

    That doesn't sound good. Which type of PayPal merchant account do you have? PayPal Standard or PayPal Pro?

    thanks for reply

    using the built in paypal, it worked through all upgrades since 1.xx but as soon as I upgraded to 2.0.8 it stopped returning the info back to woo so orders are no longer updated to processed and will cancel if allowed to, thus woo thinks it has not been paid, when in fact it has been paid and customers wonder what is going on, also i am not alerted to an order other than an email from paypal to say i have been paid for an order
