Hi, I hope you are doing well.
I’m facing an issue with PayPal conditional logic.
The logic is when I set a checkbox that refers to pay with PayPal question, so, if “Yes” PayPal field will display and if “No” so not.
The problem is when the “No” choice is selected, the PayPal of course not display, but also the submit button not appears!
So, how to fix this issue?
    Thanks a lot.

    Hello @koko_basha ,

Can you tell me more what do you want to achieve? Contact form mixed with Payment form?
So if payment is not required then it will just send message? Please give me more details.

    kind regards,
    Kasia

Hello @wpmudev-support2, thanks for your response.
Almost yes, but the logic here, I have made a checkbox “Pay with PayPal?”, so, when payment checkbox has been chosen, then we get the PayPal API field, but if the payment checkbox is not chosen, so the “SEND” button will be displayed, that’s the logic I try to achieve.
What happening here is when the payment question “Pay with PayPal?” doesn’t check as a yes answer, the “SEND” button not display, I suggest to display it if the checkbox not checked, I mean the “SEND” button.
I hope you got the idea.
    Kind regards,
    Magdi

    Hello @koko_basha ,

I’m afraid that this type of logic is not available in Forminator forms – when you insert any payment element into the form (PayPal or Stripe) it is replacing the Submit/Send button – so even if you hide payment button with conditional login it won’t show the sent button.

I will suggest that improvement to the plugin developers to be considered in the future.

    kind regards,
    Kasia

    Cool, thank you!

    Hello @koko_basha ,

I have checked and looks like we could have a custom snippet for now. Please check this answer https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/i-would-like-to-create-a-condition-for-payments?replies=3#post-1422267 and let me know if this will work for you.

    kind regards,

    Great job,
I followed the link above, it works great on my local server, but on the live version, it has some javascript issues,
The PayPal field appears despite I hide it (until the checkbox is checked and it didn’t yet), then it starts to hide very slowly, and not showing anymore, even if checkbox is checked, it still hidden!
I don’t know why that happened, it happens even if I disabled all my caching plugins such as WP fastest cache and Autoptimize plugins.

Anyway, thanks for working on my issue, I appreciate that,
    Thanks again @wpmudev-support2

I’d like to tell you that now it works great at all,
    Thanks a lot @wpmudev-support2
