Login screen waiting for paypal logger eh?

When I go to login on my WC enabled site, and use the ‘Lost Password’ link, I see a couple of calls waiting for PayPal. Why is this?

Here’s the url which is being (erroneously imho.) called: https://www.paypal.com/xoplatform/logger/api/logger

I’m using WC 5.5.2 with the new WC PayPal Payments 1.4.0
