    Hey there,

    Thanks for the screenshot!

Issues like this are usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another WordPress plugin. We usually address this type of problem by asking you to temporarily disable all non-Woo plugins. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

If the step above does not resolve the issue, the next course of action will be to switch back to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Sixteen, and then once again check to see if the problem is resolved.

Let me know if this works for you!

    Thank you for the reply.

I disables all non-Woo plugins, that didn’t work so I tried activating the Twenty Sixteen theme. I’m still getting the same results.

That’s odd. Can you please disable everything except for WooCommerce and PayPal Powered by Braintree and test again?

    Thanks!

    That’s very odd.

I’d like to take a closer look at your site to see what’s going on. Could you please do the following:

    1. Create a staging site where we can test (You can use the WP-Staging plugin to create a copy of your site:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/ )

    2. Create a ticket on WooCommerce.com (create a user/log-in > support > create a ticket > free plugins) and include the login details for the staging site.

    Thanks!

This issue is still happening. It appears to be a plugin issue. I’m updated to 1.2.5 and still having issues. I’ve noticed a few other threads about this without solution. I enable the plugin but it doesn’t show enabled.

@kutakizukari is this issue still happening?

@patjk please start your own thread, so that we can help there, instead of another thread that can be buried.
