Paypal Integration addon not working without ajax

Paypal Integration addon not working without ajax. If ajax is disabled, after submission of the form customer does not get redirected to Paypal for payment. I have debugged the code and found the issue. Please check this code

This code is allowing only redirect action to redirect but not allowing any other action (Paypal or any other) to do the redirect.
