What should be returned if you go to the address above? It always returns -1. Is this correct?

Your plugin does NOT use Paypal IPN’s to process payments, correct?
After receiving multiple warning emails, Paypal disabled IPN notifications (which were necessary on the Drupal / Ubercart platform we came from). It does not seem to have affected your plugin, as everything seems to continue to work fine, as before.
If your plugin does not use IPN notifications, then users should just disable them in Paypal (if they came from a different platform that previously required them).

Thank you for reaching out. You’re correct — our plugin does not use PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN) to process payments. Given that everything continues to work fine without it, you can safely disable IPN notifications in your PayPal account.
If you previously used a platform like Drupal/Ubercart that relied on IPN, you no longer need to worry about it with our plugin.
Feel free to disable IPN notifications.
