    Hi, I’m creating a fresh support thread as I haven’t seen a ticket number come through for the first one I posted.

    I’m experiencing issues with what appears to be a PayPal/Guest checkout conflict, where customers are buying a course but none of their details are coming through, just the name (Guest). Brianvu-tp suggested a deeper look may be needed. Many thanks.

    Update: I still don’t seem to be getting a ticket number associated with this thread.
