Hello there,
I didn’t see any question about Paypal fees. I see in the paypal standard gateway I can choose between donation or standard transaction. If I don’t select donation, because I’m setting up GIVE for a political fundraising not an NGO, will I be charged of paypal commercial transaction fees? Or the transaction will be treated as “family and friend money transfer” anyways?

Sorry, I just realize even donation are subject to fees…so there’s no way with GIVE to make donations fees-free?

Hi @limbaccio!

That’s correct, the receiver of the donations will be charged a fee from the gateway. That fee can be negotiated at PayPal, but there will almost always be some sort of transaction fee at the gateway itself.
