Paypal Express guest checkout stopped working

I for the life of me cannot get paypal express to work for guest checkout. It was working fine for over 1 year but noticed today the guest checkout part is gone. My paypal settings are correct and I have a funny feeling it is with the plugin. website is http://www.bambergsgarlic.com. Any help would be appreciated!
