Paypal Express Checkout currency not converted correctly

Hi,

On top of the Table Rate Shipping problem, WooCommerce PayPal Express Gateway is also not converting the price correctly. It usually just converts any currency into USD with the given exchange rate, now it takes a 18,231 Yen item and charge 18,231 USD for it.

I found Woocommerce Paypal Express conflict with this plugin.
