# Paypal Error while using this plugin

 * Hi,
 * I’m getting an error:
 * _PayPal error (10002): An error (10002) occurred while processing your PayPal
   payment. Please contact the store owner for assistance_.
 * after my recent WOOcommerce Update. Please help! This doesn’t allow me to to 
   use the Paypal Button on the product or cart page. If I click the button, it 
   shows as though it is connecting to paypal and re-directs to the same page with
   the above error.
 * My log file shows the following code:
 *     ```

 * You would need to make sure that your API settings are correct in the plugin 
   settings, found here: [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-express-checkout/#section-4](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-express-checkout/#section-4)
 * If that all is correct, you will need to contact PayPal, as that authentication
   error is not something we can help with on the plugin end, that is a PayPal side
   question.

 * Yes Paypal API credentials had to be put in again. It worked! thanks!
