Paypal error: Things don’t appear to be working at the moment.

    Hi There,
    We are getting a paypal error “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.” after clicking “Place order” button.
    Here is the url that we get redirected to:
    https://www.paypal.com/webapps/shoppingcart/error?flowlogging_id=f734737017a84&code=INTERNAL_ERROR&mfid=1664244185473_f734737017a84

    I have tested with all plugins disabled on Twenty Twenty Two theme, so this is not a plugin or theme conflict.

    Interestingly, we were getting the same error a few weeks ago but the url was redirecting to sandbox.paypal.com for some weird reason. Then it came right after your last updates but now the error is back.
    Absolutely nothing has been changed on the website.

    WP 6.0.2
    LP 4.1.7.1
    PHP 8.0.16

    What could be the issues? Could you please fix this?

    Hi,

    Please go to LearnPress -> Settings -> Payment -> enable PayPal then set the sandbox mode to test first. What is the page you need help?

    Hi Brian,
    I do not understand your reply… Paypal is already enabled and it worked well before. Why do we have to enable Sandbox mode now?
