 * I am receiving the following error from Paypal so I cannot complete the order.“
   10002 – You do not have permissions to make this API call”

 * That typically happens if you’re trying to use Express Checkout with a personal
   PayPal account. In order to use Express Checkout you need to upgrade to a business
   account.
 * Business accounts are still free unless you go with Payments Pro, which would
   then cost $30/mo. You do need to have a business account setup to use it, though.

 * I also received this emailed message:
    DoEExpressCheckoutPayment API call failed
   Error Code: 10002 Error severity code: error Short Error message: Authentication/
   authorization Failed Detailed Error Message: You do not have permissions to make
   this API call
 * Express Checkout is **NoT**enabled in the PayPal settings.
 * Order details show an order being processed via PayPal Express for 0 dollars 
   and no shipping address.

 * [@webflight](https://wordpress.org/support/users/webflight/), as I mentioned 
   in the previous answer, this typically only happens if the account is a personal
   account. Have you already verified that is not the case here?
