# Paypal Error

 * I am getting the below error message, is there anybody that might be able to 
   help with this?
 * Your purchase couldn’t be completed
    There’s a problem with the merchant’s PayPal
   account. Please try again later.
 * I don’t see a way to plug in the paypal API into the Event Registration plugin,
   nor any account information being needed.All I see is a drop down box for paypal
   and then return URL and logo URL information. Should there be more options when
   I choose paypal?

 * Figured it out. The paypal email must be put into the field labeled “Online Payment
   ID” This is very confusing.

 * Glad to have found this posting. I am attempting to troubleshoot PayPal issues.
 * I thought the Online Payment ID would be PayPal Merchant ID. I did try switch
   to the email address used for PayPal. Now I get a different error than before.

   email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.
