# PayPal Error

 * I have contacted PayPal in this matter as well, but I figured it couldn’t hurt
   to ask if you or anyone else has run into this issue as well and if it’s something
   I can fix on my end.

   > PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(
   > s) are failing:
   > /registration/?id=15&event_id=4&action=paypal_txn
   > If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that 
   > is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the 
   > above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your
   > account.
   > Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

 * It looks like the full url is not going to paypal. Please make sure your have
   your payment page setup and identified in the settings page.
