 * I am using Leranpress plugin in my website. I have added paypal email in payment
   section.
    when i am checking out my course it gives error.
 * Error : We couldn’t complete your payment for you. To get your payments working
   again, Check your account or contact us.
 * Is this plugin error or paypal account error. I have basic paypal account not
   a business paypal account. Does Paypal Business Account needed for payment.
