PayPal Error

Could you please switch your PayPal to the development mode and embed this form on a test page so we can take a closer look?

Could you please make a copy of that form by clicking the gear button beside the form name in the Forminator-> Forms section and then edit that form and strip off all the confidential information, save that form, again click the Export option by clicking the gear button as before and then select the export form option and send to me here in the code block or by adding it to Pastebin or your dropbox or google drive and link that to me here?
