    Hi @socialresponsibility,

The 10007 code you are seeing refers to a Permission issue.

This is usually the result of an issue with the PayPal account. In your case, I recommend you review the credentials and make sure they are correct.

If that did not help, you will have to reach out to PayPal support to look into that.

They are best-placed to advise, and probably have an option to do that from your PayPal dashboard as well.

    Hi @socialresponsibility,

In addition to looking at the settings, if they ‘look’ OK get PayPal to renew/re-authorize the User/pass. These errors are almost always related to PayPal’s API not liking what it sees on the settings, and the User/pass can ‘expire’ (though it is very rare), so it is always best to have them re-authorize/regenerate the keys.

When they do this, take out what you have in the settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > (PayPal Gateway) and re-enter the new settings (even if they are the exact same). Save it and do a test, and let us know the results!

Finally I managed to get it working, there are so many API credentials across the PayPal site.

After setting up your account you will see your sandbox business account that is created by default in the accounts section.

Login into this and navigate to here https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/businessmanage/credentials/apiAccess

Under SOAP APIs you can get all the details you need to enter into the woocommerce payment settings.
