    Hi @kkazantztravellers

The available shipping options are not controlled by your shop’s location, they’re based on your WooCommerce shipping configurations. Make sure you have configured shipping zones within WooCommerce that correspond to the Address you’re using for PayPal.

Can you confirm if you have configured your shipping options within WooCommerce?

    Kind Regards

    Thank you for your reply,

Yes I have (the shop is live so I know that the shipping zone for the specific location is operating without any problems)

    Best Regards.

@kkazantztravellers Is this occurring on your checkout page or product/cart page? The PayPal plugin uses the WooCommerce functionality to show the shipping options.

I suspect you have a custom shipping plugin enabled or custom code on your site that’s limiting the WooCommerce shipping calculation functionality if the request is not coming from the checkout page. Can you confirm if you’re using a shipping plugin and if so which one?

    Kind Regards,

@mrclayton I am using the Yith Product Shipping Plugin to calculate the weight based rules for my shipments.

I’ve only tried on the Checkout page and not on the cart with a logged in user that already has all his address details saved and automatically inserted.

@mrclayton Thank you for the information about the shipping zones, I had shipping zones according to state and zip code and not by country. The program was checking the country and could not find it so it reacted by not completing the transaction. As soon as I switched a shipping zone to country and the relevant zip codes the payment went smoothly.

    Thank you for your assistance!

@kkazantztravellers Thank you for confirming the issue was resolved by changing your shipping zone configuration.

If you have a moment, we always appreciate a good review of the plugin. Reviews page

    Hi there,

I have the same issue and i’m using “Flexible Shipping” plugin.
PayPal was working “well” with official WooCommerce Plugin but since I migrated to Payment Plugins, it’s not working anymore.

    Regards,
    Antoine

    Hi @tonuz

Can you please provide additional information such as if this is occurring on product, cart, or checkout pages?

Have you confirmed all your shipping settings are aligned with the shipping address?

Please use our contact us page as this will likely require us to review how your Flexible Shipping plugin is calculating shipping. Some of these shipping plugins don’t calculate correctly if certain global variables that are set during the checkout page aren’t defined.

    Kind Regards,

    It’s occurring on checkout page.

All our shipping settings are aligned.

I sent a mail through your contact page.

    Regards,

    Antoine
