# Paypal connection error

 * I fail when I try to connect my Paypal account.
    Also, When I manually input 
   my credentials, it shows 10002 error when checking out.

 * What happens when you try to connect the account? Do you receive any errors?

 * This error generally indicates that there is an issue with your PayPal account
   that stops you from taking live payments. It could be that there is a block on
   the account, or you have information missing. I’d recommend reaching out to PayPal
   to verify that the account is ready to take live payments.
 * You can try to get more details about the error by enabling the Debug Log in 
   PayPal. This is done from **WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal Checkout**.
   Once enabled, if you try to process a payment and it fails, you can check the
   log under **WooCommerce > Status > Log** to see a record of the transaction. 
   The log for PayPal Checkout will be the one that has “ppec” in the title.
