    Hi,
I’m trying to accept payments via PayPal. Everything works fine in sandbox mode, but when I switch it to the live mode I get the error “Error! Something went wrong when verifying the payment”. I’m running the latest version of WordPress, deactivated all other plugins and tried using the default wordpress theme, but it still wont work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

    Hello @handstand !

I’m sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused!

Would you be able to export the form for us and share it through a service such as https://pastebin.com?

    Here’s how to export: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

Please use a 3rd party service to share the code (or upload the code to a cloud drive and share the link here) as otherwise the forum will change parts of the code and will make it unusable.

Once we receive the form export, we’ll be able to investigate what may have caused this issue.

    Kind regards,
    Pawel

Thanks very much for getting back to me.

I’ve exported the form and put it on Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/s/exdjhve7p4a5u38/forminator-membership-subscription-form-export.txt?dl=0

    Hi @handstand,

I imported the form to a test website to check this issue further but couldn’t replicate the issue. Please delete the Paypal field in the form and re-add the Paypal field to see if that resolves the problem.

Please let us know how that goes.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John

    Hi Nebu,

    Thanks for your response.
I’ve deleted the PayPal field and re-added it, but it’s still not working in the live environment.
Any other suggestions on how to fix it?
    Thanks

    Hi Nebu,

I’ve just tried deleting the form and recreating it, and that hasn’t worked either.

    Thanks

    Hi @handstand

I hope you are doing good today.

    1. After you re-created a form, could you once again disable all plugins and see if this helps?

    2. Are there any other plugins on the site which connect with PayPal using the same API?

    3. When you submit the form are there any errors in the browser console? If so could you share a link o screenshot of those errors(you can use monosnap free tool for this)

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi Kris,

Apologies for the delay in replying.

I tried a different plugin that accepts payments via PayPal and it is also having a problem so I’me thinking it may be an issue with Paypal. My client is currently following up the issue with Paypal. I’ll let you know if we resolve it with them.
    Thanks for all your help.
