Paypal buttons not reacting

Hello,

I’m setting up Paypal payments for the first time and I think I’ve done everything correctly so far but the buttons at the end of the form are not clickable. They look like being clickable on mouse hover but when clicking on them nothing happens (both for live and sandbox enabled).

Under settings, both Live and Sandbox accounts are validated.

I’m I missing a step here?
