PayPal button resists styling

  • Does anybody know why the PayPal button always appears centered? When I load it up outside of wordpress, it will take any styling I choose. Somehow when it’s in WP, it always appears centered. Is it a PayPal thing? Anybody noticed this before? Anybody know how to correct it? N.B. I have tried spans, css, and inline coding. I’ve replaced the image, but it really has nothing to do with that. Thanks in advance.

  • BTW, I also put it up as a html on my server, just to show the difference. You can see that the PP button shifts to the center of the row once in WP. What could cause that? Any thoughts, suggestions?

    in style.css of the theme:

    .entry form { /* This is mainly for password protected posts, makes them look better. */
    	text-align:center;
    	}

    this is causing the button to be centered.
    just delete or change it.

    or you could overwrite it with (for instance):
    td.shirts form input {float:left; margin:10px;}

    I didn’t even think to check in MY css. I guess I’ve just been looking at it for too long!!!
    Thanks!
