Just to make sure we’re covering all our bases here, in your PayPal Checkout settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal Checkout, can you please see if “Enable on the single product page” is checked? You may have to scroll down a bit to see that setting.

The reason I ask is that, when checking your site’s product pages, I don’t see the code for the PayPal buttons at all which seems to point to them being disabled instead of just hidden.

It’s all enabled except for the pay later options.
I haven’t heard back from you so will try to find another source.

UPDATE:
I have reverted to the previous PayPal Gateway plugin (which tells me to upgrade to THIS plugin) and have had success. I think I’ll wait to upgrade until the bugs are worked out.
