# Paypal Browser Error

 * when I clicking on Paynow paypal button this error will be displayed : “Don’t
   see the secure Paypal browser? We’ll help you re-launch the new window to complete
   purchase.”
 * so why that is happening.

 * Hi, I checked your link above and when I click on the **_PayPal_** button it 
   takes me to the PayPal website for payment. So that part works for me. You might
   want to clear your browser cache. See if this helps you.
 * However I also notice that your site is currently using **_Sandbox_** testing.
   Is this correct?

 * But, first you need to click on “[Do you have a coupon code ?](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/paypal-browser-error/void(0);?output_format=md)”
   this link. then Coupon is : “[XPRO20](https://dedicatedstrategy.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ppec-products&page=wpec-coupons&action=wpec_add_edit_coupon&wpec_coupon_id=335)”
   then click on Paypal button.

 * Hi, I just carried out the instructions you provided, adding the discount code
   and I was able to go to the next screen to pay for the product. Of course I did
   not finalize the payment. So I can confirm that it is working for me.
