I am interested in using AdServe to manage banner advertising. However I can’t find any info regarding if AdServe can manage the billing. Can the advertisers get billed automatically with paypal or similar based on the results? Thanks!

If have no experience with adseerve, but the tech-folks at Paypal are quite fond and capable of helping people out with regards to software that should/could be combined with their product.
