Is there any cart in WP that can integrate the PayPal advanced option, or is OpenCart the only option as of right now? Would love to at least know if Woo is working on a plugin, I really enjoy that cart so far.

I saw a plugin for PayPal Payments Advanced over at IgniteWoo.com, haven’t used it on a site myself but I know it’s there.

@blake do you have any time frame on a release? I’m kind of holding out for the Woo release unless it’s 2 months out or something.
@kylec922 we do not have a hard deadline yet but it is likely that the plugin will be finished next week. Hopefully a Woo launch would come by before end of August. They have been slow to approve lately.

@maxrogers we are about to the point of having it audited. We may be able to allow beta testing if you have a PayPal Advanced account already.
Hopefully this will be for sale at Woo by the end of the month. If not, it should be completed by early Sept.

I would be equally as interested in testing this advanced payments out with woo commerce…I am also looking to launch in next couple weeks and would love to have that available, payments pro is way too high monthly for just having an on-site creditcard form….thanks much!

this is great, would you advise against putting the credit card form on the checkout page as opposed to going to an additional page after the checkout? I would like the form to show once they have selected that payment method, similar to the other credit card checkout methods…of course, I know I need SSL for all this, but just wondering if you would advise against that or not.
