    When someone places an order with PayPal, they do not receive an order confirmation email and the order status shows as “pending payment” instead of “processing”.
    PayPal sends them a confirmation email, but they do not get an email from the website.
    If they pay using a credit card with square, everything works fine, but not with PayPal.
    We started having this issue about 3 weeks ago. Before that, it was working fine.
    Do you know what could be causing this problem?

    Hi there,

    It sounds like your site doesn’t get a reply from the PayPal server. IPN (Instant Payment Notification) is currently failing, so please review this guide:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/#section-22

    That should help you fix this issue.
