I have a rather serious issue. The payout says it is confirmed, but there is no record of this in my PayPal account, and the affiliate partner does not receive the money either. What is happening?

Also, the PayPal email address field is not retaining the email address. If I enter it, then save, it shows fine. But if I come back again later and check the affiliate information tab, the email address field is empty again.

Hi, Do you have cache enabled on this website?

I think every website has caching, whether at the site level with a plugin or CDN level. I use both a plugin and Cloudways and they have cache. However, your reply about cache does make any sense in relation to the nature of the issue. I don’t think email addresses being removed from a field and payment not sending when it says it did is anything to blame on cache 😉

Thanks. It can be an issue depending on the type of cache. The plugin retrieves values from the database and does the calculation in real time.

Are you trying this method: https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/paypal-payouts-setup/

No I’m literally applying a payout to one affiliate.

It is not cache, let’s just move past that 😉

Is this plugin still actively supported? I have not heard a response in 2 weeks. Let me know, otherwise I can report it to WordPress for removal.

Hi, this plugin is still supported.

Also, the PayPal email address field is not retaining the email address. If I enter it, then save, it shows fine. But if I come back again later and check the affiliate information tab, the email address field is empty again.

I am wondering if there is a conflict in your site with another plugin? I have tested this myself and when I enter the email address and click on save the email remains in the field even when I logout of the site and log back in again.

Please carry out the following troubleshooting steps.

    Kind regards.
