We do not support Stripe payouts at the moment but have plans to add support in a future release. I’m unable to provide an ETA at the moment.
You can enable wallet withdrawals without providing your PayPal API details. This way, you will receive an email to manually issue out the payout.
Awesome, thanks. Looking forward to Stripe payouts. Where can I configure/customize the email they receive when they request payout? Also, where would the user request payout? I see the option to enable the “withdraw, which then adds a button under the “transactions” tab. Is there a shortcode to add this elsewhere? Also, it asks for “Your PayPal Email”, can I include other fields in this instead which can be included as variables in the email? Thanks very much for your help
The email is only sent to the site admins and it’s currently not editable. The withdrawal form is also not customizable at the moment. We’ll definitely improve this in a future update.

Is there any update on this? I’m having the same problem with the Wallet payouts. I’m using the GeoDirectory Events Tickets Marketplace plugin and I need a way to pay ticket sellers their earnings. I can see that their earnings are tracked in the Wallet transactions but there is no way to pay them out apart from them withdrawing from their Wallet. I tried doing a Wallet withdrawal without the PayPal API set, and I did get an email saying “Please pay the user via their PayPal email (<users email>) then update the user’s balance” but I can’t find any option in GetPaid to update the user’s balance.
Please could you let me know how to clear a user’s Wallet balance once I have paid them (preferably with a record that I cleared it out to pay their ticket earnings).

Hi Nouri,
In this situation, you can manually adjust the wallet balance from the edit user page in the wp-admin under users > user > edit, you should see an input that shows the current balance, you can manually adjust it and that manual adjustment will be logged.

Thanks a lot, Stiofan, for your reply. That worked. I’ll use this workflow for now. Hopefully GetPaid will be able to support Stripe payout in the future.
I hope you don’t mind if I ask a related question here. When a ticket seller issues a refund, I can see that the seller’s Wallet is updated. If the ticket buyer used their credit card via the Stripe gateway to pay for the ticket, if they get a refund does GetPaid return the funds to Stripe and Stripe automatically refund the ticket buyer? I have been testing using the Stripe sandbox and Stripe does not show any refunds. I just wanted to clarify how GetPaid handles the refund – does it instruct Stripe to issue the refund or do I have to transfer the funds manually to the ticket buyer?
