payments to different accounts

Hi, I need to have a website with multiple vendors, I keep the commission on the payments.
My question is: when the user buys things from different vendors, at the moment of checkout he will make a single payment or one per vendor?
And in the same moment, I receive the commission on my account and each vendor receive his money on its account?
Because we only sell the service so we can’t receive the money on our account and then redistribute them to every vendor.
