Payments (PayPal) Not Working – URGENT

    I’ve installed this plugin form on my website with PayPal. I did a test and sent money and it worked. We also received one registration in June that worked fine. Today, someone tried registering and the payment did not work for them. They tried registering twice (received both registrations)but neither payment went through to PayPal. I called PayPal and there were no attempts made from what they could see on their end, so they said it was a shopping cart issue in Form Maker. I really need this resolved ASAP as others are going to be trying to register and pay. I don’t think there is something wrong with my setup because there were two successful transactions previously.

    Dear hudimac,

    Firstly, please tell us where have you seen the problem. Meaning, the form did not redirect to PayPal at all, or the problem occurred when making the payment. Please specify this and also send the form link to info@web-dorado.com, so we can take a look.

    When people register on my site with Form Maker they are then directed to Paypal to finish the payment. Even though there are times when people don’t finish the payment, I still receive an email confirmation of the registration as well as them receiving a oonfirmation email.

    Is there a way to keep track of the registrations that do not finish the payment? and then better yet to have an email sent letting them know that we received the registration information from them, but did not receive their payment.

    Can you help me?

    Dear owensjordan55,

    Please be informed, that there is a Payment Status column in the submissions section. Here you can keep track of the purchases. If the payment is not completed, the status is set to “In Progress”. And respectivelly, when it is completed, it’s set to “Completed”.
