    Hi there. Hope you can help. After running an update last week (when a customer reported a problem with her credit card not working and orders not going through), I’ve had three orders come in (one is my own so I could test it), and while they show up properly in my Woocommerce backend and email alerts come through, the money never arrives in my Paypal account. I’m not sure if the update created an issue or if I need to update API info or if something has been hijacked. Any advice? I don’t sell a large volume of merchandise, so I only have a few data points to go by.

    @roseannamwhite does nothing show up in your PayPal account at all, or just no payments? Can you enable the debug of Braintree on your WooCommerce site?

    I got it figured out. It was just a different sort of payment than what people had done before, so showing up in a different location altogether. Thanks. =)
