Payments Not Marked as Complete

    Hi,

    First, I would like to thanks author for this plugin.

    I have a problem with paypal. When someone pay, payments aren’t marked as complete.
    I followed the help here : http://docs.easydigitaldownloads.com/article/190-payments-not-marked-as-complete and it’s not better.
    I configured PayPal IPN, I remove my security plugin (Secupress), and I checked wp_remote_post (it works) but the payment is never automatically Complete except when it’s testing mode : With testing mode, no problem at all, it works! But production mode doesn’t work.

    Any suggestions ?

    Could you please show me a screenshot of your PayPal IPN settings inside of your PayPal account?

    That looks correct.

    Could you now go to Downloads > Tools > System Info and post the contents here?

    I think it’s correctly configured, but something else may be wrong.

    Maybe the server is blocking ?

    Looks like you removed the active plugins list from the system info. Can you please include that as well?

    Has the SecuPress plugin modified any of the .htaccess rules? Could you show me the contents of your htaccess file?

    I don’t think so.

    I’ve tried once with secupress disabled. And I’ve just checked : when secupress is disabled, the htaccess remove secupress rules and it’s just the basic WP htaccess.

    Since it works with sandbox but not with live, that makes me think something is causing the live IPNS to be rejected.

    Could you go to Downloads > Reports > Logs > Payment Errors and let me know if there are any log messages shown there related to PayPal?

    Hello,

    I just wanted to say that now it works.
    Every paiements are automatically completed.

    I think that it didn’t work because my paypal account was new. So maybe it was the reason ? After the first payment 3 months ago, it always worked after that.
