    Hello, I’ve installed the app and entered the API keys, but when I try to submit a payment in test mode, it gives an error message. And when I try to submit a payment in live mode, it also gives me a payment failed error. In searching the blog, I have found people talking about product id’s and plan id’s, but I don’t see them referenced anywhere in the app.

    HELP!

    Thank you for using Direct Stripe.

    Could you be more specific and share details like the error message returned by Stripe.
    You can leave the “Error message” field empty in Direct Stripe settings, this will print the error returned by Stripe in the bubble after process. And you can look in the Stripe dashboard at Developers -> Logs for detailed logs of failures.

    I also understand that you want to use a subscription button, then you need to enter the Pricing plan ID in your button settings, you will get the pricing plan ID from your previously created Product and Pricing Plan in the Stripe dashboard. https://dashboard.stripe.com/login

    I fixed it. I had activated the “Zero Decimal Currencies” assuming it meant my users didn’t need to type in the X.00 on a payment.

    Once unchecked, my first payment went through. Thanks.
