Payment won't go through for Upgrade

    I want to upgrade my website from the free template to have the more premium “middle” option.

    It’s costing 99 euro. There’s even a 14-Day trial offered and I won’t be charged until the end of the trial. So the first amount my VISA debit card is being charged is actually 0.

    I have enough to make the transaction anyway, but you know for some reason the payment won’t go through.

    Can someone explain why?

    Do I have to use another hosting site?

    – If I understand your question, wordpress.org has nothing to do with it.

    – contact the people you are trying to but the theme from.

    – wordpress.org does not sell theme

    Not a theme, the WordPress yearly plan, that offers 13GB online storage and if you go for the business plan, offers unlimited storage & options to have Ecommerce? The actual basic site upgrade plan.

    I think you’re on the wrong site. This is WordPress.org and there are no goods or services for sale here just free software that anyone can download and install on their own server or hosting account.

    For Automattic’s WordPress.com service you need to go to WordPress.com.
