payment with payment cards does not work | WordPress.org

I have installed WooCommerce PayPal Payments and when a user wants to pay by payment card and enters the data, the payment box turns gray and starts loading but the payment fails.
Any suggestions?

Are you using the standard credit card smart button?:

How does it work for you with a sandbox account connected or with the PayPal Card Processing enabled?
A copy of your WooCommerce system report would be appreciated in any case.
