    Dear support,

    Today a customer bought a product paying via iDeal integrated in the Paypal payment gateway.

    The customer got changed, but:
    – there’s no order in WC
    – there’s nothing in the Paypal account
    – the transfer was made to a German IBAN number

    In the debug logs I see these 2 messages (I skip the details for now):

    Why there was no order?
    And where is the payment? 🙂

    Hi D,

    Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue!

    As a first step, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it in your response.
