[resolved] Payment status are not updating on WordPress (15 posts)

    Good night Cláudio. How have you been?

    My dear, I am having great difficulty in rotating your right MOIP WooCommerce plugin and ask your help very !!!

    I'm setting up one of our sites and did all the wordpress integration and MoIP and everything is integrated.

    However, the payment status of the account MoIP are not updating on wordpress, which is only getting as outstanding in all of them. I'm auditioning via credit card.

    Fully follow the step by step, for example, activate the "Change Notification Payment Status" option in MOIP account and all the plugin configuration own site. We are using the API option MOIP PAYMENT - XML, placing the token and access key.

    Really, I do not know what's going on. I'm auditioning via Credit Card and is not updating the status on the website. We are records the transaction on time, but when MOIP account to change the status AUTHORIZED in wordpress does not automatically change the status to RUNNING.

    Did, redid all possible tests and really is not working here.

    Please ask your help much, because only lack this to adjust our site.

    Checks if there is any plugin blocking external requests or if mod_security doing this.
    It is usually the blocking server.

    Hello Claudio,

    I put htaccess code in the domain, but still not updating the status:

    <IfModule mod_security.c>
    SecFilterEngine Off
    SecFilterScanPOST Off
    </IfModule>

    I disabled all plugins, leaving only the WooCommerce and even with the above code does not update the status of payment. Really do not know what else to do.

    Please help me!!!

    That does not give much good. Contact your hosting provider and they can help you with this.

    Thank you for returning, but I got in touch with the hosting provider and they disabled the mod_securiy from the website.

    Unfortunately the problem remains, the payment status of the account MoIP are not updating on wordpress.

    All plugins disabled (only the WooCommerce) and disable mod_security

    Please, what can i do now?

    Hi Cláudio,

    i'm with the plugin enabled woocomerce MoIP because if I disable does not come in the form of payment of WooCommerce.

    Is that you said you were only with WooCommerce enabled.
    Need to check the server logs to see what is happening.
    Have to check the error.log and acess.log.

    Você usa o iThemes Security?
    Acabei de ficar sabendo que ele esta bloqueando o Moip.
    No caso precisa desativar esta opção:

    Olá Cláudio, obrigado pelo retorno.

    Não uso o iThemes Security. Estive vendo por aqui e estou achando que tem algo a ver com o Cloudflare, cujos DNS do domínio estão apontando para o Cloudflare e não para o Hostgator.

    Ainda não consegui fazer funcionar, apesar dos vários testes e verificação com o Hostgator que afirma que está tudo desbloqueado.

    Você tem alguma notícia se o Cloudflare impede no processamentos dos pagamentos nesse sentido?

    Sim CloudFlare pode bloquear também a requisição, precisa configurar ele para não faz isso.
