payment Related Issue

Hello,

I have used the woocommerce plugin for my site. My site url is: https://www.manakinpress.com. Basically my site’s base price is used indian rupee symbol in indian subcontinent(using payubiz payment gateway) and dollar price used out of indian subcontinent(like usa, uk,italy) using paypal. So basically my two queries First is:

1. I coudn’t found how the paypal option is enabled on product checkout page in out of indian subcontinent.

2. when a user whitch basically belongs to italy made a payment but when we saw order detail nin woocommerce using backend. The order status is “On Hold”. What is the meaning of “On Hold” status. Is this process done or not?

Please help me as soon as possible.
