Payment Process Issue ( Major )

Functionality behaving differently in different browsers

At “Order review” tab ,
1.Click on “Place Order”

Now at payment process page ( Where user needs to fill his Bank account details to place order ). if user click on “Cancel” then in

1.Firefox , IE – Page just gets refreshed & keep the user at same payment process page
2.Chrome – Site takes back user to http://www.naturesjar.com/checkout/ in “Billing” tab
3.Safari – Site takes back user to http://www.naturesjar.com/checkout/ in “Order Review” tab & at this page “Place order” button is not working.

Functionality behaving differently in different browser. It should be similar in every browser. Please check this issue
