Πριν λίγο καιρό δούλευε κανονικά. Είχα ακολουθήσει τις οδηγίες, άνοιγε το παράθυρο της viva και οι πληρωμές γινόταν κανονικά.

Το κοίταξα είναι κανονικά ενεργοποιημένος. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να το μπλοκάρει κάτι;

Hi @simpledel looks like you’re using our newest version of the plugin which unfortunately we had to roll back due to some errors. Please deactivate and delete all existing versions of our plugin from your WordPress plugin list, then reinstall 3.6.2 which is accessible via the following link:

All your settings should be the same. Installation instructions are also reverted back and available at the following location:
https://developer.vivawallet.com/e-commerce-plugins/woocommerce

– WooCommerce payment module settings (mask your Merchant ID and API Key).
– Viva Wallet payment source settings (include your browser’s URL bar in the screenshot).
– Viva Wallet _Websites / Apps_ page (include your browser’s URL bar in the screenshot).
– API Access page (mask API Key, include your browser’s URL bar in the screenshot).

Hi @simpledel, thanks for sending through those screenshots. In the plugin settings, test mode is checked, while the URLs from the screenshots indicate that the credentials are from the live mode. Please try again with test mode unchecked. Thanks, Matt

Hi @simpledel, you unchecked test mode and saved your settings? Have you definitely removed all other versions of the plugin? Should be Viva Wallet for WooCommerce 3.6.2 and no others in your plugins list.

The best our plugin developer can think of is that somehow you’re not using the correct credentials (Merchant ID / API Key). He suggests that you set up everything first in demo mode and move to live mode when everything works ok.
