 * How is the Payment page used? Is it populated with button(s) to our preferred
   payment gateway and PDF download?

 * The payment gateway buttons and PDF download button are shown right at the top
   of the invoice itself. If you click one of the payment buttons, it then takes
   you to the payment page where the client can enter their credit card info, etc.
 * The payment page is also used to receive any webhooks/IPNs/etc from your payment
   processor (depending on which one you are using). So it’s important that this
   page exists. It can just be a blank page, as the plugin will fill in whatever
   is needed there.
