Payment options rearrangement issues

As the title describes it, I am trying to rearrange my payment options from Woocommerce > Settings > Payment, after I do the changes, save the changes, get the successful message and refresh the same page, the payment options are reset to theyr default order.
I am just trying to put the Card payment to be displayed first in the Checkout page, above the Cash on Delivery payment.
Any help with this issue would be appreciated!

I understand that you’re having trouble rearranging your payment options.
Based on your description, this could be a caching issue. Are you able to temporarily clear any cache if you’re using any caching plugin? If you’re not using any caching plugin, kindly try making the changes from a private browser/tab to see if this issue persists.

I did clear the cache both in wordpress, Caching > Purge all and in my hosting provider wich is Bluehost, I also tried from a private window/browser, the issue is still the same, after I refresh the new changes go back to default.

Thanks for sharing the update with us, this is quite unusual, however, I’d recommend you try the following steps:
- Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and your Payment plugins to see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, reactivate each plugin one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
- Should the issue persist, please switch to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four.
If none of these steps work, please provide us with your system status report, which you can find under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

i have already tried this method, tested on staging environment, with all pluggings disabled besides Woocommerce, using the twenty twenty four theme and they are still not rearranging, I don’t even need to go to the checkout page and see, they don’t stay in the order I put them in the settings page I mentioned.

For testing purposes, could you please deactivate the plugin responsible for adding this payment method and create the video again to check if the error message still appears?
Additionally, I suggest deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and then recreating the video to show us the issue.

I hade did as you asked, when removing the Netopia plugin, some of the errors did not appear anymore, but the order is still not retained.
